Unit 3 – Reflection on limitations

A challenge this week has been time and travel. I have not gathered as much external feedback as I wanted, which is a clear weakness in the project at this stage. However, this has also helped me be more specific about what feedback I need.

The key questions now are about trust and responsibility. Would users trust PetPass? What information would need to come directly from official sources? Would vets or airlines see this as helpful, or risky?

My next step is to send the prototype checklist to pet owners and relevant professionals for quick feedback and use their responses to refine the project.
